Client Agreement & Policies
I am delighted that you have chosen to engage in a one-on-one transformation session. This agreement describes some policies with respect to these services. The agreements below are intended to create clarity, safety, and mutual understanding so that we can do meaningful and collaborative work together.

□ I understand that these sessions are intended for personal growth, embodiment, relationship, intimacy, and spiritual, relational, and erotic exploration. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis support.
□ I understand that I am responsible for my own physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being and will communicate my needs and boundaries clearly.
□ I understand that the intention of this work is not to fix, heal, or change me, but to support me in developing a deeper relationship with my body, my aliveness, and the wisdom already present within me. At times this work may feel playful, nourishing, and expansive, and at other times challenging, emotional, or contractive. I understand that I am welcome to move at a pace that feels appropriate for me.
□ I understand that participation in any exercise, practice, or exploration is always voluntary and that I may decline, modify, pause, or stop any activity at any time.
□ I understand that consent is central to this work. Any touch, movement, or experiential exercises will only occur with explicit agreement from all parties involved.
□ I understand that I may change my mind, adjust my boundaries, or withdraw consent at any time, and that these choices will be respected.
□ I understand that most sessions take place online. Occasional in-person sessions may be available by mutual agreement. Any touch in an in-person session will occur only by mutual agreement and in service of the work.
□ I understand that while this work may include conversations about sexuality, intimacy, relationships, embodiment, eros, and sacred sexuality, these sessions are educational, coaching, and transformational in nature. Sexual contact between practitioner and client is not offered and is not part of this work.
□ I understand that meaningful support, community, and resources outside of this work can be valuable for growth, integration, and ongoing well-being.
□ I understand that confidentiality will be respected except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent imminent harm.
□ I understand that payment is due in advance and that cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions, no-shows, or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
□ I understand that misunderstandings, discomfort, or disappointment can arise in any meaningful relationship. When appropriate, I agree to bring concerns forward so they may be addressed with honesty, respect, and care.
□ I understand that either Lee or I may determine that this work is not the best fit and may end the coaching relationship.
