Private Membership Agreement (PMA)
Eros in Motion — A Tantric Dance Immersion
Parties
This Private Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:
Reclaiming Wisdom / Temple of Living Eros Events
(hereafter referred to as the “Association”)
and
The registering individual (hereafter referred to as the “Member”).
By registering for or attending the event “Eros in Motion — A Tantric Dance Immersion,” the Member agrees to the terms of this Private Membership Agreement.
Purpose of the Association
The Association exists as a private membership community devoted to embodied spirituality, sacred gathering, ecstatic dance, tantric philosophy, and relational awareness.
The event “Eros in Motion — A Tantric Dance Immersion” is a private gathering for members of this Association to explore embodied movement, connection, consent culture, and the sacred expression of life-force energy.
Membership Agreement
By accessing any Membership Services, the Member agrees to be bound by this Agreement and any amendments thereto.
The Member is encouraged to read this Agreement carefully before using any Membership Services, because it limits the Member’s legal right to bring a lawsuit or class action.
If the Member does not agree to these terms, the Member must immediately cease use of any Membership Services.
By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending the event, the Member agrees to become a temporary member of this Private Membership Association for the duration of the event and any related activities.
Membership grants access to private gatherings, teachings, rituals, dance practices, and community activities offered within the event container.
Member Agreements
The Member agrees to the following:
• The Member has read the entire event webpage and is self-selecting for this event.
• The Member agrees to remain alcohol- and drug-free during the event.
• The Member agrees to arrive on time and remain for the duration of the event unless a facilitator is notified.
• The Member agrees to participate in an all-gender group that is respectful and inclusive of all body types and sexual orientations.
• The Member understands that this event—much like life—is an experiment and is not a therapeutic or guaranteed “safe” environment, and agrees to help co-create the safety, integrity, and resilience of the container.
• The Member acknowledges that this event is touch-positive, nudity-positive, eros-positive, and pleasure-positive, and that all engagement is voluntary.
• The Member agrees to take full responsibility for personal participation, including self-regulation, communicating clearly about consent and personal boundaries, honoring the choices of others, and caring for the collective container.
• The Member agrees to bring respectful communication, emotional awareness, and a willingness to engage authentically with others.
• The Member acknowledges that misunderstandings or conflicts may arise and agrees to work through concerns directly with those involved and/or with the facilitation team.
Nature of the Event
Eros in Motion is an experiential movement and relational practice event that may include:
• ecstatic and tantric-inspired dance
• somatic and embodiment practices
• partner and group exercises
• breathwork and meditation
• relational awareness exercises
• facilitated consent-based connection practices
Participation in any exercise is always voluntary.
Consent Culture
This event operates within a strong culture of consent.
Members agree to:
• ask before initiating physical touch
• respect boundaries and personal autonomy
• honor a “no” immediately and without question
• communicate clearly and respectfully
No Member is required to engage in any practice involving physical touch or intimacy.
Confidentiality
Members agree to respect the privacy of others.
Personal sharing, emotional processes, and experiences within the event container are considered confidential and should not be shared outside the group without permission.
Photography and Media
Photography or recording may only occur with the consent of event facilitators and Members present.
Members agree not to photograph or record others without explicit permission.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
Members understand that the activities of this event may involve physical movement, emotional exploration, interpersonal interaction, and spiritual practices.
By participating in or attending this event, the Member voluntarily assumes all risks, known or unknown, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Association, its organizers, facilitators, consultants, and members from any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may arise from participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
The Member agrees to participate at a personally appropriate pace and to exercise personal discernment regarding the level of participation.
Dispute Resolution
Any conflicts arising between Members or with facilitators should first be addressed through direct communication.
If the support of a private mediator is deemed necessary, the parties agree to engage one and share the cost equally.
Under no circumstances shall disputes related to this Agreement be brought before a public court. The courts shall have no authority to add parties, vary the provisions of this Agreement, award punitive damages, or certify a class action.
Termination
Event organizers reserve the right to remove any Member whose behavior disrupts the safety, integrity, or functioning of the event container.
Confirmation
By checking the agreement box during registration, the Member affirms that:
• the Member has read and understands this Private Membership Agreement in its entirety
• the Member is of legal age and capable of managing personal affairs
• the Member voluntarily chooses to become a temporary member of this Private Membership Association for the duration of the event
• the Member knowingly and freely agrees to all terms of this Agreement
Checking the agreement box constitutes the Member’s electronic signature and legally binding acceptance of this Agreement.
